It's apple-picking time in Michigan! We all know there are many fantastic orchards in southeast Michigan. But if you have a donut craving, where is your closest orchard and cider mill?? Whether you want to make a day of it with the family, take a quick trip after the school day, or just stop and grab some donuts, we have a couple great farms nearby. Check out the details below:



Long Family Orchard and Farm

Location: 1540 East Commerce Road, Commerce, MI 48382

Details: Apples, donuts, cider, pumpkins, mums, and more. Apple picking begins around mid-September. Take a tractor out to pick, or stop in the barn for bagged apples, cider, donuts, and other goodies.

Bonadeo Farms

Location: 1215 White Lake Road, Highland, MI 48356

Details: Bonadeo Farms has cider, donuts, pumpkin patch, caramel apples, kids playground, and hayrides. The corn maze is $10 for adults and $5 for kids. They're open Saturday and Sunday from 10-6pm. On Friday and Saturday, their Haunted House and hayrides are open from dusk to 11pm.
