Smoothies are a great way to sneak fruits and veggies into your littles diet
It can be tough to incorporate healthy nutritious foods into your childś diet, especially if they don´t have a pallet for much other than macaroni and cheese. Blending up a smoothie with flavors your kids already like will leave the healthy stuff not so noticeable.
Homemade smoothies can be a great source of calcium, protein, fiber, and good healthy fats, along with lots of essential vitamins and minerals. You get to choose the sweetener and how much you put in. Plus they are quick and easy to make! Here are a few recipes for you to try.

If you don´t have frozen fruit, add some ice cubes to the recipe.
Use any kind of yogurt you like or have, I choose Greek yogurt for the extra protein.
