Why is your company right for you?

It is Certified Organic & 100% Certified Toxic Free. Essante Organics offers the best products on the market. Pure, Clean & Honest! Essante also offers the best compensation plan I've ever seen.

What are the best perks to your job?

I can stay at home with my kids, work the amount of hours I choose, Help A LOT of people & get paid well for it.

What is the biggest challenge of your job?

Not being able to reach people fast enough to teach them about the 'Silent Soak' here in the US. So passionate about educating and helping others become healthier.

Why is your job worth your time?

I get to educate others on what I am so very passionate about which allows them to make healthier choices to live healthier lives. The bonus is getting paid very lucratively for it.

What is the buy-in?

You can purchase a wholesale membership at $29.99, just a one time fee. Below Wholesale packages are $199 or $499. Many amazing products come with these packages as well as a lifetime wholesale membership and your own website. 75 points/mth is required to receive a commissions check. Nothing is required to keep your wholesale buyer membership & website.

Does your income come from your sales or the sales of the people who you recruited for your team?

Both. We receive 30% commissions on retail sales. Our biggest wealth driver is what we call a check match. The people I recruit I get check matches on. So if i sign up Sally and she makes 500 that month I get a check match of 500 dollars. Sounds crazy, right? It's true!

What does your income supplement?

My income as of now supplements the organic products I purchase every month.  Still in the beginning stages. I’ve been working in the company for 4 months and it is growing every month. 

What would it take for you to earn an average, full-time income with your business? $40,000, for example?

People can make this very easily within their first year.  My business partners/mentors have a First Year 6 Figure Blueprint that is proven.  Also, this is the beginning of this company. Right now only about 750 people in the world are business builders, just under 500 are here in the states. Almost all top earners start at the beginning of a company. Now is the time to jump on board!

Advice for anyone looking to get into Direct Sales?

It's an amazing way for people to work out of their home, it’s flexible & p/t or f/t, whichever you choose. It’s especially a great way for moms to stay at home with their kids and make a very good income if the company has the right training and leadership in place.. My business partner and team leader was a 1.4 billion dollar earner in his previous company. He is training us and has put together many tools that make it impossible to fail at this business if we choose to implement what he is teaching & training.

 

Direct Sales has a sort of stigma associated with it. How do you respond to that?

I ask why they feel that way. I listen to what they are saying and respect where they are and try to play off of that. Always acknowledging where someone is at, their opinions, and try to educate from there. We like to compare direct sales companies to a broker. A broker puts together a team of realtors and even though he never shows or sells a house, once it is sold the broker gets paid on that. Does that sound fair?  I do understand why direct sales companies have a bad rap, and it is because people quit leading.  A good leader always leads & duplicates.  Our goal is to recruit a few people, train them & help them recruit a few people and so on and so on.  Great leaders never stop Leading!
